I cancelled a membership plan with them and the following month they charged my card again and when I contacted them I spoke with numerous people who were all rude and unwilling to refund me and saying I didn't cancel it. I had the girl who cancelled it right in front of me and looked right at me and said she remembered canceling it but without the form (which they cant't find) technically I didn't cancel and therefor they will continue to charge it again and again. The girls were EXTREMELY rude. Horrible customer service. Will never go there again. DO NOT USE THEM!
