I reserved a rental through the USAA website at approximately 1000am on 7APR2021 and recieved confirmation of a reserved car (J7252753896). i drove 45 minutes to the Hertz rental site and my reservation was not honored. i was told that the cars outside were for rental claims and that they were renting for $250 a day v. my reservation for $51 a day. i was told that i could contact the Ina store but that i should call rather than book through a third party site. but since i was military-- i should try USAA. i would like my reservation honored by Hertz. contact Dave [protected]
