Hearing aid repair

end of hearing aid broke sent out for repair after 2week wait called for update said company misplaced aid and was in process of trying to find it .. then telling me that the aids being 5 years old they would have to order part for it your company made the hearing aid why would you not have parts in stock seems like someone messed up and trying to cover there butt lousy customer service will not buy my new hearing aids from this company or recommend 6/15/2020 still have not received my aid.... User's recommendation: try a different company... would not give this company even 1 star.
