Having to sign into an existing account. error message after about 3 hours it always stops for an error message.

I have to sign in to hbomax, and I have gone through your process 6 times! Why do I have to sign in to hbomax when I have an existing account ? I am so fed up with hbomax when I'm watching hbomax after about 3 hours the app stops, I get an error message and have to go back out to my apps, then back into hbomax! I expect better service, no issues, problems for $15.00 a mo month. I this continues I will cancell hbomax! User's recommendation: It's a waste of money! Can't even enter my complete "what happened" on hold for now over 15 min. with customer service!
