I stupidly purchased a Water Conditioner through ISPC, the Water Conditioner (GE) much like ISPC its self was garbage. Long story short, I over paid these loan sharks by $1300. As soon as I was aware of the overage I contacted ISPC, and was told the money would be refunded. ISPC and I are both located in Florida, it is about a three hour drive from my home. You would think it would be a simple matter for ISPC to mail me a check. Yet is has been weeks since I contacted them, and I have gotten nothing from them. ISPC is as crooked as a snake. User's recommendation: Never do business with ISPC they will rob you blind.
