I was having trouble with getting access password and then I couldn't get my order processed after I got in, systems wouldn't allow for me to enter the correct account number and other data Needed items for next week's classes and now I won't have them, despite the numerous items, I just purchased for the past week's classes! Guess I will go back to ACE, Lowe's, Home Depot, Napa and Other Internet Sources. Very Disappointed! User's recommendation: I would have given them a high rating, but without service this time, my faith in their dependability is seriously being reevaluated.
