Having a home warranty with this company is a nightmare

We have been with this company for years. The service just gets worse and worse. The kitchen hose is leaking recently. Fidelity sent a technician in the late night and the technician did nothing and left. He complained that our water pressure was high and we needed to install a water pressure meter at our own costs. We insisted that the hose was worn out, but they don't want to hear it at all. They charged us for the service call without providing any service. I'm not sure how many American families have their own water pressure meters. I checked with people at work and nobody has it. Does their service sound professional? It's a scam to us.
