I ordered load lifter 5000 over 10 ten days ago and still haven't received my order. I have called many times waiting on hold for a half hour than told to leave a message...I have left 5 messages and still haven't received a call back... I also emailed them 4 times and still no response. Worst service ever.... I am having Better Business Bureau and my credit card company contact them... Enough is enough especially when they charged my credit card immediately.... User's recommendation: Don't--- no customer service, take your money and don't receive your order and they won't respond....No customer service.
