Most horrible lack of customer service I ever had. Bought dishwasher and in 11 months the thermostat and heater went out. Parts ordered in April thermostat came in 5/3/21 on 7/13 still no heater. Ive called 5 times. Once I was told the part was never ordered by Ashley so Sholette ordered it #153593**** but when I call to get status it says order has been canceled. Im at a loss while doing dishes by hand while Whirlpool has been paid. User's recommendation: Buy any brand but Whirlpool!!!!!!
