I have been waiting 3 weeks nearing 4 now for my parcel .It was supposed to be within 3 to 5 days They have told the people who sent they've tried to deliver 7 times yet I have had no card through my door The last 3 times I was in all day and it has cost me 3 days work as I have my own business There has been no communication from either parcel 2 go or Hermes and there after service complaints department whatever you want to call it is none existing. They even give a telephone contact number that doesn't work I will never use these people and they haven't the decency to contact myself very unprofessional and a completely crap servicedont User's recommendation: Don't use these people they should be struck off.
