On 11/11/2016 i purchased four ivory smooth pillars flameless candles plus remotes (The amazing flameless candle) from nordstoms rack haute look and on 11/11/2016 nordstoms rack haute look charged my credit card $60.00 for the four items. On 11/29/2016, i received one of the ivory smooth pillars flameless candle plus remote. Between the dates of 11/30/2016 and 12/7/2016 i contacted nordstoms rack haute look customer service several times to request a refund (Incident: [protected]). I provided nordstoms rack haute look customer service with all information including photos of the shipping label, the item & the box, which is too small to fit all four items. Nordstoms rack haute look customer service promised, in writing, to return my calls and keep me updated with their “problem brand partner”; however, no one from nordstoms rack haute look called. Nordstoms rack haute look promised, in writing to refund/credit my credit card for the items i did not receive, however, i never received the products i ordered or a refund.
