Has not refunded my money

Update by user May 13, 2020 still not resolved. Original review posted by user Apr 13, 2020 I paid via Visa debit card for the items I ordered last March 20. I waited for days and then I got a text msg saying it was canceled. I have followed up for a refund since then via your online store chat, FB page, but nothing. All I got was a ticket after another ticket. The latest I got was saying ticket closed and issue resolved BUT I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY refund at all. User's recommendation: DO NOT PAY USING ONLINE PAYMENT.
