I've purchased a Harvey Desk on 11July 2021 as Eastgate shopping centre, to date I haven't receive it. I have made several phone calls and was told a different story each time I called. My last call was on 23 August 2021 where I told them that i need my money back and was told that I need to complete forms for a refund and I have told them to refund the money back to the card used for purchase. They said someone will call me and until today Im still waiting for their call. Can you please assist.
