Got a call from a Robert Johnson saying that I was having a lawsuit filed against me for a loan I never took out. I asked him to send me a copy of a contract and he got real pissy with me and said that they would just see me in court. I told him if he would just send me the information I would gladly pay it if I actually signed the paperwork and if he would send me the information. He was threatening me with the Attorney Generals office. He said that the Attorney Generals office bought the debt and are trying to get the funds back. This supposed loan is not on my credit report and I do not ever remember taking out a loan. He said to expect someone to come over and serve me papers and take me to court to resolve this issue.
