Me and my wife just flew into Charlotte nc from Cabo and customs was backed up so they wouldnt even let us off the plane until there was enough room in the building and that caused us to miss our connecting flight! Then we were told that we had to wait online and talk to customer service. So we did it took 2 hours in line just for them to tell us there were no more flights going to Louisville that night but they were putting us on the first flight Sunday morning so we had to pay for a hotel room for the night!
