Had to explain why I did not like one of the products sent

I like their service in general, but this time I had to return one of the products to them ‘cause it looked absolutely different from the description and photos from the website. More to the point, I had to explain to them why I did not like it. Nonsense! The difference was obvious! It took me 2 days to sort things out with them. I wish I read the reviews on their website beforehand, then I would have chosen another item. Next time I will do it this way.

This is a roulette, a good item can come, or a defective one can come, and sometimes it does not correspond to what is on the site at all. So be careful.

    I was fortunate, but not lucky with the delivery, I paid for the delivery, and some other payments, and it seemed to come from the North Pole for more than two weeks.
