Have been using Dr. Tocker and Staff for 20 years. No other doctor cares the way he does. They always go out of their way to make sure i am happy. They have also succeeded where other doctors have failed. They would never make a patient unhappy, but i guess some people are never happy. Complaint must have come from someone who just hates everything. Or else they think everything should be free. The unhappy customer complained about having to pay after her pupils are dilated. She should take some responsibility and not blame everyone else in the office. Ignore the pissed customer compaint and trust me, Dr. Tocker is awesome.
