I spent a small fortune on a pellet grill/smoker well my wife did for me thinking it would be amazing and as it turns out after trying to get it to smoke and speaking with Pit Boss customer service the Pit Boss Platinum Laredo 1000 isn't a smoker it's just a grill. User's recommendation: buyer beware before your purchase.
