He will make up whatever rules he chooses and if you're not happy with it he threatens you to seek legal action instead of discussing in a civil manner. Reading these past reviews and seeing that he does not pay his tradesmen is disgusting. First he rips of tradesmen who do the work for him then he rips off the tenants who occupy his building.
