Today when I ring the international telephone number given for Australia on their web page but the receptionist continually informs me that I am not answering her and that they will ring back. What number are they going to ring me on? I again rang the same number and got a similar answer from the same person. Last year the original callers that contacted me, did not tell me that I do not qualify for the so call deal holiday as I do not have a reasonable income. I want my money back that I have already paid. I have paid $800.00
