at about 12pm 9/18/2018 I was thrown off course and tried to have chat with someone but was unable to answer them due to some kind of a technical problem tried for at least an hour but got nowhere. at several occasions I got a person named Brianna at other times I got someone called arianna? or anna I cant recall as I said it was several calls to the chat line that I could not respond on. all I am trying to do is get back on the course so I can finish it if there is any way you can help with this I would appreciate it course on new york safety council.com user name brendora
