Mistreatment of children

Unfortunately, when we took our child for the first time to have their teeth repaired, we encountered an unpleasant attitude already at the reception. We had come with both children. The woman at the reception literally did not allow us to speak because she sees without hearing the customers. I was already surprised by what we were reprimanded for, but I did not say anything. We were with children. When drawing up the documents, we had already witnessed that the conversation was unkind. Entering the dentist's office, the child was very worried. Sitting in a chair, the dentist asked what the complaints were. They looked and resorted to instruments, did not even talk and encourage the child, did not even try to tell the child what he would do. The child began to cry, she sat down and said she would do nothing because the child was crying. To walk away. I tried to persuade her to make and comfort the child. She sat down at the documents and started writing them. He said he would not feel good when the child cried so crazy. Although it seemed to me that he was not crying at all. Does a dentist really only treat children who are not crying? It is a pity that this was our first visit to the dentist. I do not recommend and we will never visit this institution again. PS The opposite can be said about the dental hygienist of this institution - a very pleasant and kind doctor.
