First Van Lines did a fantastic job with our move. They were very fast, but also very careful and courteous. Even though they were not billing us by the piece, they were still meticulous in wrapping the furniture in blankets and plastic wrap to prevent damage, and in using tie-down straps in the truck to secure everything for the drive to our new home. They didn't complain despite our move involving three stories on both ends, and they did a great job negotiating large bedroom furniture up a very tight staircase with multiple turns with no damage whatsoever to the furniture. They were prompt (in fact, they arrived earlier than their scheduled time) and they accommodated our last-minute request to move a week earlier than we originally scheduled.
