I have used Starkey hearing aides for 30 years now. They have always worked well for me, but the real secret to a successful hearing aide is the audiologist. I can be a little, or a lot, stubborn. I will not leave the audiology clinic until I am happy. I will have them fine tune them over and over until I feel like I can hear somewhat normal. I have had not so great audiologists who do not know how to improve my experience with the aides. Then I have had some who seem to understand exactly what I need or want. Dr. Narva (him and her) are really great audiologists. They have so much patience with me and my father. I highly recommend them (Livingston Hearing in Midland, TX).
