Golden Cove stole from my account and did not provide for any service

Was approached by a Mr Wayne Parker in a cold call spruiking the investment scheme. Sounded very genuine and at the time there weren't any mention of them being a scam on the internet. Paid $13000 for a Bronze membership which was to offer 24 months of their investment service. Transferred an additional $6500 into an account set up by them that they promised only I could access. Traded for less than two months before they stopped and then removing the seed money from the account into their own account, effectively stealing it. They refuse to answer all phone calls or respond to any emails.
