Hello, I recently moved from Reston VA to Cary NC and the day before the location closed I visited the Cary store to have my nose guard fixed and the lady repairing it snapped off the metal nose piece thereby rendering my glasses not wearable. She told me she would give me 60% off if I ordered glasses but then their location closed. Next I was hoping to get my prescription from the Reston store where I was a customer, but it closed also. Is there a database where you could look up my prescription and send it to me please? And then also ensure that I will receive the discount promised? Thank you! Brad Short
