Given the runaround for a month and still have no product or update

I ordered 2K worth of flooring on 11/12. I asked for an update a few weeks in and was told it'd be delivered by the end of Nov. No update so on Dec 1 1st I ask for an update (via email) and got no reply. Texted and got a reply saying it'd be by the end of that week, then nothing, and now told it'd arrive to their warehouse Mon (12/7) and that I'd get an update then. Still nothing. No response to email and no tracking number. I text and get a "not at work now" response. Worried I was scammed of 2k. BUYER BEWARE! User's recommendation: Steer clear of this company!
