I stayed at the luxor 5-9 June 2021. As a Gold Tier member I have been getting a one or two bedroom suite in one of the tower rooms. This was my 3rd time to the luxor this year. This time I was given the worst suite possible. The West tower room 5247. It was half the size, not renovated, only 2 windows, one facing a building and the other with a partial view of the pool and a view of the splattered building. This was a slap in the face to me. I am now at Platinum Tier status. now w User's recommendation: *** to the front desk and don't settle for the *** they give you.
