gift machine wasn’t working

Two weeks ago I went to Steak and Shake to use a gift card that I was given. Got part of our meal, completely when rest of it sowed up. Then the gift card machine was not working. Not offered another solution had to pay cash for meal. Would like my money back. Steak and SHake 1101104 ticket number 326020. On Battlefield Springfiled Mo. Filled out customer survey never receive an email or phone call.
