I was given a $50 Bebe gift card for Valentine's Day 2012. I used the card to make a purchase in early March. I received the item and it was nothing like the photographs or the description so I returned it. It's now mid-August and I still have not received a replacement gift card. I've called numerous times over the past several months and I keep getting the runaround. According to their customer service representatives, my replacement was lost via UPS and an investigation had to be opened to look into the shipment in order to verify that the card was not delivered. Unfortunately, I've been told this the past 3 times I've called (in the span of 2 months). Every time I've been told that someone will be getting in touch with me about the status of my replacement card, yet no one has ever called. The only thing I get is an automated e-mail with a survey attached (THE NERVE!!). Also, the last time I called (08/09/2012) I was hung up on 5 times!!! Every time I called back, I had to give them my name, e-mail address, home address, transaction I.D., etc. I am fuming mad and will NEVER patron their store or order online from them again. The worst customer service I've ever experienced as a consumer.
