I live in Kansas and bought my pool in March so they wouldnt sell out and didnt get it set up until July. It was swam in only one time and a defect on a seam near the drain caused a giant hole so the pool emptied. I was told that my warranty was expired, even though it was bought during a cold month and was set up only when it got hot enough. They clearly know their products are terrible if they cant guarantee them for a season. User's recommendation: Don’t buy from Polygroup Summer Waves.
