Getting the run around about medication

So frustrating been trying to get my new prescription for three weeks now. I call and they tell me the Dr didn't send prescription right. The Dr has sent the prescription to them 7 different times. then they say it is a insurance issue, but I have the prior approval. know they say the insurance needs to do an over ride. I called customer service about the problem. they say there is a note on my file that says do not do anything with this. what does that mean? they say they will call when it is ready. they never call. so disappointing this is the company I trust with my health and they don't give a damn.
