Getting billed two months in one month every month

when I first set up payments where I live now they said my bill wouldn't come out till the end of the month. they said I had an option of making the due date 10 days later if I wanted to so I did. what I didn't realize was that they would start charging me for this month and the next month in one bill. if I didn't pay the full amount which was not what I actually owed they would then tack on what I hadn't paid to the next bill and then once again bill me for two months. I was paying over two hundred dollars a month most months when my bill should have actually been around 100.00 and I was still getting a remaining balance for the following month cause I didn't pay the 300 or more the bill would say I owed. and when I first got service I wasn't even being credited for the payments I was making. when I called they were very rude and arguing with me. they wouldn't do the math I asked them to do. I asked to speak with a manager that parroted what the first one had said and would not listen. she finally gave me a number to call to report them. I called it and he said I would have to figure ot what I was owed on my own which is very confusing to try to do. so I called back and got a very nice woman. she couldn't say whether or not I was being double billed but explained that my bill did show two months of service. she explained why so I changed it. it was all because of this 10 days later date that I had asked for in the beginning. so it's still up in the air if I will get any money back or not but I know I have overpaid for the last three years. I am to talk to a supervisor at some point when he decides to call me. I just hope that i'm around to receive that call. also the nice lady said that they were investigating the account which I wasn't told the first time I called. her name is angela so ask for her when you call.
