I bought a paid of rechargeable hearing aids but charging them did not work. They would not charge so I sent them back and it took 76 days to receive a refund. I emailed them 4 times and was told it takes a long time. But this is not very professional for a company to take that long for a refund. User's recommendation: Don't buy unless you are willing to wait for a refund if they do not work.
