I encountered an emergency during my trip and was unable to contact the customer service team via phone so submitted a service ticket and didnt get a response back for like 48hours. And even then they still didnt help I had to call AAA to recharge the battery and then tow the vehicle out of pocket which is fine but then they charged me 500 to tow the vehicle?!?!??!
