Get no help from your company, on what needs to be replaced on my unit

How can a customer get any information from your firm! I think my controller is no good, but cant talk it out with a customer representative from your firm, just funny pissed off crap you send back. Get real. How can I identify what the problem is? Ak111549 unit gets used once a year Th User's recommendation: Buy a unit from a different company.
