Get my money back for two memberships

Both memberships, one for my fiancée and one for me, were paid in full for one year. I requested a refund of what was left on both the year for myself as well as what was left on the year for my fiancée because we both were found to have skin cancer at our last dermatology appointment and do not want things to worsen by staying out for prolonged times in the sun or spending time in a tanning bed. All my information was taken ; name, address, date of birth, as well as that of my fiancees. I also gave my debit card information and was told I would see a refund in 10-14 days. Its been 7 days already. User's recommendation: I’m not in the position to do that due to my medical situation.
