Genova CPVC plumbing parts failed again. The damage was significant since we had to open our walls and there was also a mold like substance since it had been leaking for a while. A CPVC water pipe was leaking due to a failure during production. It was clearly visible on the pipe that it was not caused by any external damage like nail or screw. Genova does not take responsibility for the products they produce. They just refer to their insurance company and they of course deny everything at first and being not a big company, just the consumer, you have no way to fight them.
