Update by user Aug 19, 2018 Poor service from the Bonita Springs location. Original review posted by user Aug 19, 2018 I purchased a battery from Batteries Plus. They gave me an incorrect battery for my motorcycle. The motorcycle would not start with this incorrect battery. When I went back they would not correct the problem. They wanted to charge me for a new battery when this one was only three weeks old. Extremely poor service. I will never use this company again. I felt they were dishonest to me. They told me that they exchanged for the same battery, but they had no records of what battery I brought in. In essence, this was deceiving And dishonest. The manager would not correct his mistake making me feel that he did not care about his store, or his business. All he wanted was not to be bothered. I left the store with a complete understanding that a wrong battery was provided, and bad service rendered.
