This would have been a decent play to win game if the developers were more concerned with keeping players and their information safe. Or making sure they are not harassed while playing the game. When I first started the game it was great until a player on the server approached me and threatened me. I blocked the player and reported him but it did no good. The support is never on to monitor your issues . I mean for ANYTHING. You send them a message and they are slow to contact you back. When they do its only to tell you kindly to deal with it with a prerecorded message. Then theres the glitches and hacking. The toggle stops working or sticks. You have to reset your game. Your purchase wont go into your inventory? Well you have to reset the game. The character freezes during an event. Guess what, you have to reset the game. In fact, another persons account got *** and it took them a whole day to fix it. It seems this developer will allow things to happen that can easily get your money stolen or information compromised on this game. I experienced multiple issues. Reported it to them and !!SURPRISE!!...They did nothing but told me not to give out my information. Uh, no duh, Sherlock. Why would I do that? It seem the only thing a person could be banned for on the game is buying game currency from outside source. This is my beware. Ive have this game less and they do not care if get your information stolen. I have the conversations with their support team to prove it.
