Furious and disappointed

Hello I sent an email to suport@***x on Feb 5th. advising you I cannot use the cream I was billed over $100 last week on my credit card and when I called they told me I was out of luck. My credit card has had multiple fraud transactions on it since I purchased from you and I want a refund. Where ever my credit card info is stored someone opened me 2 dating apps. I am happily married for 15 years and my husband is dying from cancer I didnt appreciate it. I want a refund not $20 the full amount my doctor advised I should use the product. I called customer service they told me english wasn't her first language offered me a $20 credit which I never received. I want all of my money back.
