Frustration in obtaining a title from a lease account paid off in Oct 2020

Lease account paid in full October 2020. Odometer was not sent at that time, and no notification from Hyundai that it was needed. Flash forward to June 2021 when I was tracing back missing titles, and was finally told that the odometer was missing. Faxed in to their offices on June 11. Still waiting... User's recommendation: Think twice - customer service is worse than bad.
