Frontpoint is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with ever.

The companys customer service ranks Minus 50. The security cameras they sold to us worked sporadically. They offer no low frequency alarms for the hearing impaired and have no concern about trying to make it available. Given there are 70 million hearing impaired people in the United States who like a member of our family can absolutely NOT hear regular siren , that might be an issue for a security company. User's recommendation: DO NOT trust your safety to Frontpoint Security.
