Front desk

The lady @the front desk is very rude to guests. Will never go back to that hotel again. She was telling another person there if they didn't like it they can stay some where else&;; they left. Terrible customer service. She should not be in hospitality position. If thats the type of person representing your hotel its no wonder you receive bad reviews
