Fridge not delivered

I ordered a fridge on 28 July to be delivered within 3-6 working days. On Monday 2 August a lady named Confidence from HiFiCorp called me and said the fridge was broken in their warehouse, they didn't have another one in stock, and it would take 14 days for a new one. She offered me a refund or wait. Now, I moved from a furnished to a non furnished apartment. I. Do. Not. Have. A. Fridge. I told Confidence if she compensates me for the trouble I can wait, if not I want a refund. She would speak to her manager. It is not 6 August with no reply after numerous emails and phone calls. I can't even request a refund at this point since no one answers. They're holding my 5k hostage, put me without a fridge for a week already with no end in sight. I don't have the money to simply buy another fridge and wait for this situation to resolve.
