If you are a dialysis patient with Fresenius Medical Care, you may be receiving calls from am UltraCare Case Manager. I urge you to refuse these calls. These Case Managers employed by Fresenius have one sole purpose and that is to ensure that you stay on your commercial insurance so that Fresenius will have as maximum profits as possible. You have every right to refuse the program and you should. Sometimes it's not in your best interest to maintain commercial insurance, but Fresenius will lie to you and tell you it is best because your commercial insurance is in the best interest of Fresenius. Refuse your UltraCare Case Manager calls and really question it if a Fresenius employee of any kind is hounding you about your commercial insurance.
