On January 10th, 2022 I purchased 2 tickets from Viagogo for the Dallas Cowboys playoff game on January 16,2022. I received an email with confirmation of the purchase and was told the tickets would be sent via email, that i would click on the email and download then to my Ticketmaster account. My purchased tickets were cancelled and replaced with new tickets of same value because the original tickets were no longer available. As you can see in the screenshot of the ticket purchase it states once the order is cancelled they do not withdraw payment. LIES! Payment was withdrawn immediately and never refunded when there were 2 cancelled orders. This happened again. Tickets cancelled and replaced with new ones and these would be provided by end of day January 15th. I travelled from Kansas to Texas on January 14th. End of January 15th, no tickets. I called and they stated they were still waiting for them to be released. Come Game Day (January 16th) I still did not have tickets. I called Viagogo and was informed that tickets were no longer available. I asked for an immediate refund and was told they would refund my money. I have yet to get a satisfactory response and no refund. I have contacted them numerous times and there has been no resolution. I had to go to my bank and dispute the charge for not receiving tickets when the company still has my money. Viagogo is crooked! They need to be shut down.
