I have ordered a wig from RosyHair and the one I received was incorrect. I immediately contacted RosyHair customer service and asked for a refund and was told to send some pictures. I provided them some photos showing that I really received the wrong item and they gave me a return shipping address. I sent the wig back and was supposed to get a refund as soon as they'll get the wig. About a week later I got a message from the shipping company that RosyHair received the package so I contacted them and asked about the money. They promised I'll get my refund as soon as possible. Over a month already passed and these guys still have my money and they do not reply! People, stay far away from this fraudulent site!
