Fraudulent charges and then attempts to continue to charge me to resolve

I used your services one time in August - two authorized charges - $1 to chat and $38 to video chat with the vet. A few days later I becamne ill and was in the ICU and then ever lowering degrees of necessary care, As of September 11th I am still in the hospital and have done no purchasing since August 30. Just Answer took it upon themselves to used my card like an ATM - charging me $31 for unauthorized, unreceived services, they have no right to continue to use my card, account at all. I contacted them and was asked to pay $5 to talk to a lawyer about their fraud. I was charged September 5th - $31, at a time I was still barely awake most of the day and had not access to either my phone or card or computer, they were at my home where they have been locked away since I was taken to the hospital in an ambulance - there is absolutely no way I made any purchases. How were they able to continue to charge me - seems so illegal?
