QL authorized Amrock to do my appraisal and they never got in the house or on the property as my realtor and the seller were not notified of even having the appraisal scheduled. QL refused to give me appraisal agent's name . horrible experience . User's recommendation: DO NOT USE Amrock or allow QL to authorize them under ANY circumstances.
